Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as an HSE Supervisor, HSE Officer, Safety Supervisor, or a similar role in construction projects.
- Previous experience in hotel, commercial building, high-rise, hospitality, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Mandatory possession of a valid General Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (AK3 Umum).
- Willing to work at the project site in Berawa, North Kuta, Bali.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs, policies, and procedures for the hotel construction project.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and implement effective risk control measures.
- Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and site observations to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ensure all work activities are performed in accordance with approved Permit to Work procedures.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment and ensure compliance with safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and ensure emergency response equipment is available and operational.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to continuously improve HSE performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and international HSE standards.
- Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3) and ISO 45001:2018.
- Familiar with Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA),
- Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
- Able to conduct safety inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.
- Able to speak, read, understand, and write English fluently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
