  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in security services, logistics, or transportation industry.
  • AK3 Umum or equivalent HSE certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures across operational areas.
  • Conduct routine inspections of vehicles, equipment, and operational sites.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards during escort operations.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare HSE reports for management review.
  • Deliver safety briefings and promote safety awareness among employees.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and risk management principles.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
