Kualifikasi:
- Bachelorβs Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering fields.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HSE Staff or HSE Officer, preferably in industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Logistics.
- Possess a valid and active General Occupational Health & Safety Expert Certificate (AK3U) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI).
- Additional certifications such as Working at Height, Confined Space, or Hazardous Waste Management (PPPA/POPA) will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure compliance with SMK3 (PP No. 50/2012), ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards within daily operations.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and determine appropriate control measures through HIRADC and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Perform regular workplace inspections to ensure the safety of facilities, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response equipment such as fire extinguishers (APAR) and hydrants.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and submit routine HSE reports, including quarterly P2K3 reports and other required documentation to relevant authorities.
- Deliver Safety Induction and internal HSE training sessions for employees.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE regulations on-site, including the authority to issue Stop Work Orders for critical safety violations.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with the latest Indonesian occupational safety and environmental regulations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good knowledge of Indonesian occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Proficient in preparing HIRADC documents and conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Strong leadership, assertiveness, and decision-making skills, including the ability to take firm action regarding safety violations.
