Kualifikasi:

Min. Diploma Degree in any majors.
Min. 3 years working experiences.
Certifications: Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Indonesian Ministry of Manpower) or equivalent. Additional certifications such as First Aid, Firefighting, or Working at Height are an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Enforce compliance with company and client HSE policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Perform regular safety inspections and audits of work areas, tools, equipment, and machinery.
Assist in organizing and conducting safety training, induction programs, and refresher courses for workers and subcontractors.
Participate in incident and accident investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and updated HSE records, including inspection reports, training attendance, and incident logs.

Harus punya keterampilan:

In-depth knowledge of construction safety procedures, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HSE reporting software.
Able to Proficiently speak, read, understand and write English.
