Kualifikasi:
- Male.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certifications & Training Requirements: Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) Certification from Kemnaker RI or Ahli K3 MIGAS Certification from ESDM. Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) with FOET / HUET for offshore site visits.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive work experience as an HSE Officer within the oil and gas (onshore/offshore), maritime, drillship, or heavy maintenance sectors.
- Domiciled in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
- Willing to work in the office and conduct regular field visits or site deployments as operationally required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor daily HSE policies across engineering, maintenance, construction, and manpower supply activities in strict compliance with MIGAS, IMO, and statutory K3 regulations.
- Perform routine safety inspections and audits at the Balikpapan facility, project workshops, drillships, and offshore client sites during field visits.
- Review, verify, and monitor compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Risk Assessments (HIRADC), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk maintenance and fabrication tasks.
- Lead safety talks, toolbox briefings, and HSE inductions for technicians, field crews, and manpower personnel prior to site assignments.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority immediately upon identifying critical unsafe acts, unmitigated maritime hazards, or non-compliance with offshore safety standards.
- Assist in preliminary incident investigations, gather evidence, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and propose corrective action plans for near-misses or workplace accidents.
- Maintain detailed safety records, track HSE statistics, and compile accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for the HSE Supervisor and Management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Onshore/offshore safety inspection, maritime and drillship safety compliance monitoring, Permit to Work (PTW) verification, Risk Assessment (HIRADC/JSA), marine environmental protection, PPE inspection, and HSE report compilation.
- Soft Skills: Active field communication, assertive policy enforcement, analytical problem-solving, high adaptability to office and field environments, teamwork, active listening, and composure during emergencies.
