Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, maintain, and monitor ESHA management systems and policies across deployed client project sites.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments utilizing Risk-Based Thinking, HAZOP methodologies, HIRADC, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for chemical and manufacturing operations.
- Perform routine safety audits, site inspections, unsafe act/condition identification, and hazardous material management checks.
- Support internal and external audit procedures for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Investigate operational incidents, near-misses, and occupational health hazards, execute root cause analyses (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, chemical safety training, and emergency response briefings for deployed personnel and contractors.
- Prepare professional ESHA performance reports, statutory compliance metrics, and audit findings for management and client reviews.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: ESHA management systems, HAZOP methodology, Risk-Based Thinking, HIRADC, chemical safety management, ISO 9001/14001/45001 auditing, incident investigation (RCA), and executive ESHA reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communication, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and crisis management.
