Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 4 to 6 years of solid professional experience as an HSE Specialist, Safety Engineer, or HSE Coordinator within heavy equipment rental, heavy civil construction, mining infrastructure, or logistics sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in heavy machinery safety oversight, rigging/lifting plan evaluation, workshop safety governance, and SILO/SIO compliance tracking.
Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is mandatory and must be currently active. Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Madya/Muda) or Certified Lifting & Rigging Safety Specialist is highly desirable. Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or SMK3 PP No. 50/2012 is a distinct advantage. Certified First Aid (P3K) or Fire Fighting Coordinator (K3 Kebakaran) credential is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Coordinate, monitor, and align daily Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across central heavy equipment maintenance workshops, equipment mobilization yards, and active construction project sites.
Review, approve, and standardize technical Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and high-risk Work Permits (PTW) specifically for heavy lifting, tandem crane operations, equipment loading/unloading, and machinery assembly.
Oversee the statutory certification and re-certification of heavy machinery (Surat Ijin Laik Operasi / SILO) and verify valid operator licenses (Surat Ijin Operator / SIO) for mobile cranes, excavators, bulldozers, and heavy transport units prior to deployment.
Conduct routine safety audits and inspections on heavy equipment maintenance routines, mechanical rigging hardware, hydraulic systems, wire ropes, and workshop hazard controls.
Manage contractor and sub-contractor safety compliance through Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), ensuring third-party logistics and maintenance vendors comply with company safety mandates.
Lead workplace incident, machinery damage, near-miss, and transport safety investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, driving effective Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking across all operating sites.
Organize, track, and evaluate site-level safety inductions, heavy equipment safety briefings, Tool-Box Talks, emergency response drills, and specialized technical K3 training for operators and mechanics.
Compile, consolidate, and present weekly and monthly HSE performance metrics, equipment inspection registers, incident statistics, and statutory compliance documentation to the HSE Manager and executive leadership.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: Heavy equipment safety supervision, SIO/SILO statutory compliance management, technical rigging & lifting plan verification, HIRADC & JSA standardization, CSMS contractor auditing, workshop & machinery hazard control, incident investigation (RCA), and technical HSE reporting.
Soft Skills: Assertive operational coordination, cross-functional engineering leadership, high observational precision, proactive risk management, crisis response command, time management across multi-site operations, and uncompromising safety discipline.
