Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position within Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
Certifications Preferred: AK3 Umum Kemnaker RI. NEBOSH / IOSH Certification. ISO 45001 Internal Auditor.
Placement: Batam, Riau Island, Indonesia (Non-rotation).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise implementation of HSE programs in compliance with company standards and government regulations.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, toolbox meetings, and safety inductions.
Monitor high-risk operational activities and ensure PPE compliance.
Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate emergency response drills and safety campaigns.
Promote strong safety culture and continuous improvement on project sites.

Hard Skills: Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification. Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis. HSE Audit & Compliance Monitoring. Emergency Response Management. HSE Reporting & Documentation. Leadership in Safety Operations.
