Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a SHE/HSE Officer in the oil and gas industry, with direct operational experience on land drilling or workover rigs (preferably 750 HP rigs or similar land rigs).
- Possess valid mandatory certifications relevant to the position as required by national oil and gas regulatory frameworks.
- Willingness to work under a 28 days on / 14 days off roster schedule in Sengkang, South Sulawesi.
- Certifications: Mandatory K3 Migas Certification (Pengawas/Operator K3 Migas) from ESDM / BNSP or Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI. Valid certifications in First Aid (P3K), Basic Fire Fighting, Confined Space Safety, or Working at Heights are highly advantageous. Valid Basic Safety Training (BST) or Wellsite Safety orientation is a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections across the 750 HP rig floor, mud pit areas, power generation units, maintenance workshops, and camp facilities.
- Review and verify Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessments (HIRADC), and Work Permits for high-risk operations such as well servicing, hot work, confined space entry, and heavy lifting.
- Deliver site safety inductions to newly arrived crew, technical manpower, and visitors, as well as leading daily pre-shift toolbox meetings (TBM).
- Ensure strict adherence to wellsite safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, chemical handling safety, and environmental waste containment.
- Inspect firefighting systems, gas detection units, emergency escape routes, and well control safety equipment to guarantee continuous operational readiness.
- Assist in incident and near-miss investigations, executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), tracking corrective actions (CAPA), and preparing preliminary site safety logs.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly SHE statistical logs, equipment inspection registers, and statutory compliance documentation for the SHE Manager and client review.

- Soft Skills: Assertive field communication, observational accuracy, firmness, situational awareness, decision-making under pressure, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Hard Skills: 750 HP land rig safety inspection, JSA and HIRADC verification, Work Permit auditing, hazard identification, wellsite safety protocols, incident investigation (RCA), chemical waste tracking, and statutory SHE reporting.
