Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on professional experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC, Petrochemical, or Mining projects specializing in heavy lifting engineering and rigging operations.
- Extensive, proven experience in developing complex lifting plans, comprehensive rigging studies, crane load radius evaluations, and executing critical heavy lifting operations.
- Must be fully prepared, medically fit, and willing to be stationed at remote project sites in Bintuni Bay, West Papua.
- Certifications: Holding a valid LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) Certificate or OPITO LCP (Lifting Operations Competence / Lifting Appointed Person) credential is a distinct advantage. Must hold valid Indonesian certification credentials such as Juru Ikat / Rigger / Crane Inspector or Lifting Engineer certification issued by Kemnaker RI or BNSP. General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) or Oil & Gas Safety (K3 Migas) certification is highly desirable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Engineers, reviews, approves, and oversees all critical lifting plans, rigging studies, crane load charts, tandem lift calculations, and ground pressure stability assessments prior to site execution.
- Executes technical field supervision for heavy lifting, module installation, vessel erection, crane positioning, and rigging operations in accordance with approved engineering drawings and safety protocols.
- Inspects, audits, and verifies the structural integrity, load testing credentials, and operational safety of all mobile cranes, crawler cranes, overhead cranes, rigging gear, and lifting accessories.
- Audits, verifies, and approves Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Lift Permit to Work (PTW) documentation for high-risk lifting activities.
- Delivers specialized technical lifting tool-box talks, conducts pre-lift briefings for riggers, crane operators, and lifting supervisors, and enforces strict exclusion zone management during crane operations.
- Conducts technical investigation of lifting near-misses, equipment malfunctions, or structural anomalies using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementing robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitors vendor compliance, crane operator certifications, rigger competency credentials, and third-party inspection (TPI) certificates in alignment with company and regulatory requirements.
- Compiles, maintains, and presents detailed engineering lifting logs, equipment utilization reports, and lifting audit findings in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to Project Management and Klien Leadership.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Heavy lifting plan engineering, rigging study design, crane load chart analysis, tandem lifting calculation, ASME/LEEA/LOLER standard compliance, lifting gear inspection, HIRADC & JSA auditing, Lift Permit to Work (PTW) verification, and incident investigation (RCA).
- Soft Skills: Strong engineering authority, assertive site leadership, meticulous attention to structural details, clear technical communication, proactive risk assessment, high stress tolerance in critical operations, and firm enforcement of safety rules.
