Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
- Valid SKT (Surat Keterangan Terampil) or SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) certification in Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience as an HSE Inspector, Safety Officer, or Site Safety Supervisor within a construction, PMC, or industrial engineering environment.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is required. Valid SKT or SKK certification in Engineering or technical fields is mandatory. Certified First Aid (P3K) or Construction Safety (K3 Konstruksi) credential is a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect daily site activities, construction methods, subcontractor operations, and contractor compliance with project safety requirements, statutory regulations, and international HSE standards.
- Verify the implementation and validity of Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk construction activities.
- Conduct routine safety patrols and technical inspections across project zones, auditing scaffolding assemblies, electrical installations, heavy equipment operation, trenching/excavation, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Identify unsafe conditions, hazardous behaviors, and procedural non-compliances on site, issuing immediate corrective instructions and stopping unsafe work when necessary.
- Investigate workplace safety incidents, near-misses, and property damage events, assisting in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Facilitate daily safety toolbox talks, orientation briefings for incoming workers, and periodic emergency response drills in coordination with main contractor safety teams.
- Review and verify contractor safety documentation, inspection logs, safety meeting minutes, and statistical safety performance records.
- Compile, record, and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE inspection reports, hazard observation registers, and compliance logs to the HSE Manager.

- Soft Skills: Strong field observation, clear communication, assertiveness in safety enforcement, problem-solving, professionalism, and effective teamwork across multidisciplinary PMC teams.
- Hard Skills: Construction safety inspection, hazard identification, HIRADC & JSA verification, Permit to Work auditing, safety compliance monitoring, incident reporting, and technical HSE documentation.
