Kualifikasi:
- Minimum D3 (Diploma 3) degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 4 years of solid professional experience in the same role as an HSE/HES Officer, preferably with direct field experience in the oil and gas industry (upstream, downstream, or field production facilities).
- Demonstrated expertise in industrial automation, electrical installation safety, control system integration, high-voltage panel safety, LOTO protocols, and hazardous area classification.
- Certifications: Holds a valid AK3U (Expert in Occupational Health and Safety) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker / Kemnaker RI). Ahli K3 Listrik or Certified Electrical Safety Technician certification is highly desirable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce, monitor, and evaluate daily Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) compliance across all automation installation sites, electrical control rooms, substations, and field calibration areas.
- Review, verify, and approve high-risk Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Work Permits (PTW) tailored specifically for high/low voltage electrical work, hot work, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and energized automation system testing.
- Conduct daily field safety walks, pre-operational equipment inspections, electrical safety audits, and environmental spill prevention checks across all project work fronts.
- Manage contractor and vendor safety compliance using Client-specific Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), verifying that all technicians, electricians, and sub-contractors comply with project safety mandates.
- Lead workplace incident, near-miss, and electrical/mechanical hazard investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, driving the implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Organize and conduct mandatory daily Tool-Box Talks, safety inductions for specialized automation engineers, emergency response drills, and technical electrical safety briefings.
- Oversee the selection, distribution, and mandatory field compliance of specialized Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including arc-flash protection gear and insulated tools.
- Compile, analyze, and present weekly and monthly HES progress reports, safety performance metrics, environmental monitoring records, and statutory compliance documentation to the HES Manager, Project Management, and oil & gas client representatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Industrial automation & electrical safety supervision, high/low voltage LOTO enforcement, technical HIRADC & JSA preparation, CSMS contractor governance, high-risk Permit to Work auditing, incident investigation (RCA), ISO 45001/14001 compliance, and technical HES reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field leadership, high observational accuracy, crisis response command, proactive risk prevention, clear safety communication, cross-functional engineering collaboration, and uncompromising site safety integrity.
