Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Department Head or Manager.
- Must hold SMKP Auditor and POM certifications, understanding ISO 45001 is an advantage.
- Proven experience in mining health & safety regulations and emergency response systems.
- Willing to be placed at project locations in Central Kalimantan with a roster system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of an integrated OHS Management System across all operational area aligned with all regulations and internal company goals.
- Oversee routine site audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, and thorough incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies (SOP) and industry standars (ISO 45001 & SMKP).
- Direct crisis management protocols, evacuation drills, and emergency response teams.
- Improve companys safety culture by lead programs and promote active safety engagement among direct staff and contractors.
- Ensure reporting, statistics, and compliance documentation are on time and accurate.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Advanced mastery of SMKP Minerba implementation, mandatory auditing procedures, and ESDM regulatory reporting. Deep expertise in Mining Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (IBPR / HIRADC) for heavy equipment and blasting operations. Proficiency in designing, testing, and managing complex Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and crisis response networks. Comprehensive command of incident investigation frameworks, root cause analysis, and preventative mitigation strategies. Skilled in OHS data analytics, enterprise safety metrics tracking, executive reporting, and digital management systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong executive leadership to inspire, guide, and manage multi-disciplinary safety teams, site supervisors, and contractors. Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills for liaising with government inspectors, board members, and local stakeholders. Superior analytical thinking and decisive problem-solving ability under high-pressure site conditions. Assertive authority and uncompromising integrity regarding site safety enforcement and compliance standards.
