Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Have valid AK3U certificate from KEMNAKER.
- Proven experience in implementing and monitoring HSE Management Systems (HSE Plan, CSMS).
- Experience in conducting HSE inspections, audits, and evaluations.
- Firm, disciplined, and proactive attitude in enforcing HSE procedures.
- Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of HSE plans during construction and project execution phases.
- Ensure compliance with company, government, and environmental safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including HSE plans, CSMS, procedures, and reports.
- Conduct regular risk identification and hazard assessments at workplaces and project sites.
- Supervise and control the implementation of HSE procedures across all company activities.
- Plan and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employee.
- Review and approve HSE-related documents, including HSE Plans and CSMS.
- Perform regular HSE audits, inspections, and performance evaluations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Take corrective and disciplinary actions in cases of HSE violations to ensure continuous improvement.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (company, government, and industry standards).
- Ability to identify, analyze, and control health, safety, and environmental risks in the workplace or project sites.
- Capable of preparing clear and structured HSE documentation and reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, and training skills.
