Kualifikasi:
- Male/Female.
- Max. Age 30 years old.
- Min. Education Diploma (D3) or Bachhelor's degree (D4/S1) Management, Kesehatan Masyarakat, K3LL, Teknik Lingkungan.
- Least 2 years experience of working as HSSE Officer.
- Certifications: Valid Ahli K3 Umum certification issued by Kemnaker RI. Certifications in Migas K3 (Ahli/Pengawas K3 Migas), Fire Safety, or First Aid are highly desirable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Socialize and implement HSE policies and procedures in the work area.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA).
- Carry out routine work safety inspections and ensure follow-ups on findings.
- Supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with standards.
- Conduct safety briefings, safety inductions, and toolbox meetings.
- Record and report work accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Assist in work accident investigations and draft corrective recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, environmental rules, and permits.
- Develop and compile project HSE Plans and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System).
- Execute SPR, PB, and WIP organized by the client.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), workshop safety auditing, environmental management, HSE reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, assertive leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and team collaboration.
