Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Specialist, preferably within facility management, commercial properties, outsourcing services, or Japanese corporate environments.
- Mandatory Certification: Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from Kemnaker RI with valid registration in the official Teman K3 system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, implement, and monitor daily Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols across all client facility sites managed by the company in alignment with ALSOK Group global standards and Indonesian regulations.
- Conduct routine safety patrols, facility walkthroughs, and hazard inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, fire risks, or electrical hazards across operational areas.
- Supervise, monitor, and manage site safety operations, ensuring that technical maintenance staff, security personnel, and outsourced workers strictly adhere to K3 guidelines and PPE mandates.
- Oversee and verify Izin Kerja Khusus (Permit to Work) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for high-risk facility maintenance tasks, including working at heights, electrical servicing, and confined space entries.
- Ensure strict management of safety deadlines, tracking non-conformances, completing safety audit action items, and delivering timely OHS reports to client management and corporate executives.
- Lead site safety inductions, regular Toolbox Meetings (TBM), fire drill evacuations, and emergency response training for all facility occupants and outsourced staff.
- Support emergency response procedures, conduct initial incident and near-miss investigations, analyze root causes, and submit comprehensive HSE compliance logs to management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Facility safety audits, HIRADC/JSA formulation for facility maintenance, building fire system inspection, Permit to Work (PTW) verification, safety KPI tracking, OHS documentation archiving, incident investigation, and Japanese-standard 5S/K3 implementation.
- Soft Skills: Assertive leadership, strict adherence to deadlines, meticulous attention to detail, proactive multi-site management, effective communication, integrity, and composure during emergency response situations.
