Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Mandatory: Previous experience working in a Japanese company.
- Mandatory: Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or other relevant HSE certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across the workplace.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company standards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Monitor PPE compliance and workplace safety conditions.
- Coordinate emergency response programs, drills, and safety training.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management.
- Prepare HSE reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Familiar with emergency response, PPE management, environmental compliance, and workplace safety programs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
