Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a closely related field from a reputable university.
Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience on a Drilling Rig, with at least 5 years of experience in the same position as an HSE Coordinator, HSE Supervisor, or a similar senior HSE leadership role within the oil and gas drilling industry.
Possess active mandatory certifications required for HSE professionals in the oil and gas sector, including but not limited to: General K3 Certificate (Sertifikat K3 Umum) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Ahli K3 Migas certification at Supervisor or Coordinator level, and internationally recognized certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
Possess certification in incident investigation methodologies such as TapRoot® or equivalent, demonstrating competence in conducting thorough root cause analyses.
Hold valid certifications in Basic Safety Training (BST), H2S Awareness, and other relevant oil and gas industry safety certifications.
Be willing to be placed at project sites and drilling locations according to operational needs.

Ensure full compliance with company, client, and international HSE standards and regulations across all drilling operations.
Monitor and enforce safety practices and procedures on onshore and offshore drilling rigs.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, comprehensive audits, and detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Identify non-compliance issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Support and monitor well control processes and drilling safety systems.
Inspect and verify the condition and compliance of marine safety equipment, ensuring adherence to SOLAS requirements.
Oversee safety aspects of offshore operations, including the safe management of helicopter movements.
Lead and participate in incident investigations, utilizing methodologies such as TapRoot® or equivalent to determine root causes.
Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, incident findings, and audit outcomes.
Provide HSE guidance and deliver training to drilling crews, contractors, and stakeholders.
Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives in HSE practices.
Coordinate all HSE activities at rig sites and onshore supply bases.
Conduct Life-Saving Rules (LSR) Field Verification on the rig.
Identify and communicate best practices and lessons learned during rig visits.
Provide systems training to onshore and offshore personnel.
Perform auditing activities during rig visits using rig internal audit or HSE Advisor audit checklists.
Review and maintain all documents related to Environmental K3 and HSSE.
Develop and maintain ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certifications.
Manage the application and renewal processes for all HSSE licenses required by regulatory authorities.
Prepare and submit routine HSE reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, to management.

Expertise in managing Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) processes.
Proficiency in conducting regular HSE inspections, comprehensive audits, and detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Strong capability in investigating incidents and accidents using root cause analysis methodologies such as TapRoot® or equivalent.
Knowledge of well control processes, drilling safety systems, and the ability to support and monitor these systems.
Ability to inspect and verify marine safety equipment and ensure compliance with SOLAS requirements.
Familiarity with international standards such as API, ANSI, OSHA, and marine regulations.
Expertise in preparing detailed reports on safety performance, incidents, and audit findings.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures and the ability to lead emergency drills and simulations.
Proficiency in developing and delivering HSE training programs to drilling crews, contractors, and stakeholders.
Understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations, including Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety and Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3.
