Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in HSE/K3 roles within coal mining operations or major mining contractor services.
- Willingness to be stationed full-time at remote mining site locations with a roster arrangement.
- Only shortlisted candidates whose CV meet the required qualifications will be contacted and proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Certifications: Mandatory Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) certification from BNSP/ESDM; Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) is highly desirable. Valid Ahli K3 Umum or Ahli K3 Tambang certification. Certifications in SMKP Internal Auditor, Incident Investigation, or Fire Fighting/Rescue are advantageous.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily site HSE operations, including heavy equipment movement, pit activities, hauling road transport, and port operations.
- Enforce implementation of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and national environmental management standards across contractor activities.
- Oversee hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) evaluations for high-risk mining tasks.
- Direct incident and near-miss investigations, execute root cause analysis (RCA), and track the timely closure of corrective actions.
- Conduct routine safety audits, site inspections, and compliance checks on mining facilities, machinery, and sub-contractor operations.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency response preparedness drills.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance metrics and official statutory reports for the Head of Mining Technique (KTT) and client representatives.

- Soft Skills: Strategic leadership, assertive communication, decisive problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, conflict resolution, and strong safety ownership.
