Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HSE management, with a strong background in engineering manpower outsourcing, EPC, or heavy industrial services.
- Proven leadership experience in managing client HSE relations, auditing site operations, and overseeing technical workforces across remote locations.
- Indonesian nationality is required for this position.
- Certifications: Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or BNSP. Certifications in SMK3 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable. Additional professional certifications such as Ahli K3 Konstruksi, NEBOSH IGC, or Incident Investigation Facilitator are an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve corporate HSE management systems, policies, and operational safety standards across all client project sites.
- Ensure total compliance with Indonesian labor and K3 laws, client-specific HSE requirements, SMK3 regulations, and international ISO standards.
- Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) protocols for outsourced engineering personnel and technical operations.
- Lead investigations for high-potential incidents, near-misses, and lost-time injuries, directing root cause analyses (RCA) and implementing corrective action strategies.
- Establish comprehensive HSE onboarding, technical safety induction programs, and continuous K3 competency training for deployed engineering manpower.
- Conduct high-level HSE compliance audits, site inspections, and contractor safety evaluations across heavy industry client locations.
- Compile strategic HSE metrics, lead client safety alignments, and present monthly statutory safety reports to executive management and regulatory authorities.

- Hard Skills: Enterprise HSE management systems, SMK3 implementation, ISO 45001/14001 auditing, HIRADC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), regulatory compliance, outsourced workforce safety management, and executive safety reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strategic leadership, assertive communication, executive stakeholder management, decision-making under pressure, crisis negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
