Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience handling the operations, health, safety, and environment of a factory setting.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), workplace inspection, and systematic incident investigation.
- Prior experience within Food, FMCG, Beverage, or Dairy manufacturing facilities is a distinct plus.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is required. ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification is highly desirable. Certified Hazardous Waste Manager (PLB3), Wastewater/Air Pollution Control Specialist (PPPA/PPPU), or Certified First Aid / Fire Fighting Specialist is a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and oversee daily Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) operations across all food processing lines, packaging halls, cold storage, utility rooms, and warehousing areas.
- Conduct routine workplace safety inspections, identify operational hazards, and prepare detailed risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA) tailored to high-speed food and dairy production equipment.
- Manage plant environmental compliance systems, including industrial wastewater treatment (WWTP/IPAL), air emission monitoring, and hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste management.
- Lead workplace incident, occupational illness, and near-miss investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology, ensuring timely tracking and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain, monitor, and support internal audit management processes for ISO 45001 (OH&S Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and local SMK3 regulations.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive OHSE training programs, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and machine safety awareness sessions for factory personnel and sub-contractors.
- Organize and lead the factory Emergency Response Team (ERT), managing emergency response plans, fire safety drills, chemical spill containment procedures, and evacuation exercises.
- Compile, analyze, and present weekly and monthly factory OHSE metrics, statutory compliance reports, and sustainability data to plant management and corporate executive teams.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Factory OHSE operational supervision, HIRADC & JSA preparation, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 audit management, environmental compliance tracking (WWTP & B3 waste), incident investigation (RCA), emergency response command, and statutory OHSE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Proactive field leadership, analytical problem-solving, effective communication & presentation, high observational accuracy, operational discipline, and cross-functional team collaboration.
