Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
At least 4 years of hands-on professional working experience as a Safety Officer in a construction company, specifically dedicated to Data Center construction projects or high-tech mission-critical facilities.
Proven experience and technical familiarity with heavy equipment operations, material handling solutions, power generation systems, and complex MEP contracting works.
Must hold a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Execute daily site safety surveillance, hazard identification, and electrical/mechanical safety inspections across data center construction zones, power generator rooms, and heavy equipment maneuvering areas.
Prepare, evaluate, and maintain comprehensive Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) documentation and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for MEP installation, heavy lifting, high-voltage energized works, and cabling activities.
Verify, issue, and audit Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk data center construction tasks, including energized electrical testing, LOTO execution, hot work, crane rigging, and working at height.
Conduct interactive daily Tool-Box Talks, safety briefings, and formal Safety Inductions in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for site engineers, sub-contractors, and international client representatives.
Inspect and audit heavy equipment, material handling machinery, rigging gear, mobile cranes, power generators, testing instruments, APAR, and specialized electrical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Enforce strict electrical safety protocols, Arc Flash protection procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) isolation steps, and high-rise cable tray installation safety.
Lead initial site accident, near-miss, or electrical outage investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), documenting findings and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation.
Compile, analyze, and present daily safety inspection logs, hazard observation reports, and monthly HSE statistics in English to Project Management, Data Center Owners, and Main Contractors.

Hard Skills: Data center MEP construction safety inspection, high-voltage electrical safety & LOTO enforcement, heavy equipment & rigging auditing, HIRADC & JSA preparation, Work Permit (PTW) verification, incident investigation (RCA), and technical English safety reporting.
