Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) education in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Fire Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant major from an accredited institution.
- Must hold an official Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate issued by the Fire Department (Dinas Gulkarmat) or an authorized government institution.
- Must hold a valid General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
- Must possess professional certifications or training credentials related to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and fire emergency response management.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing fire safety and Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) within high-rise commercial buildings, malls, or large-scale facility management operations.
- Experienced in designing, implementing, and evaluating fire fighting simulations, building evacuation drills, and emergency response plans.
- Thorough, firm, proactive, and capable of ensuring strict implementation of safety standards across all operational work environments.

Occupational safety portfolio covering documented experience in preparing and testing emergency response plans, HIRADC, JSA, fire drills, and OHS management implementation. Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and audit the execution of fire safety management and HSE programs across all managed high-rise buildings, commercial centers, and client operational facilities.
- Conduct rigorous inspections and audits of building fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, smoke and heat detectors, Master Control Fire Alarm (MCFA) panels, fire hydrants, fire pumps, pressure fans, emergency lighting, and evacuation routes in compliance with NFPA and local fire department standards.
- Develop, evaluate, and update comprehensive Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) protocols for high-risk maintenance and facility operational activities.
- Design, implement, lead, and evaluate large-scale fire fighting simulations, emergency evacuation drills, and scenario-based disaster response exercises across managed sites.
- Establish, train, and manage site Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Code Red response units, and floor warden networks to guarantee maximum readiness during building emergencies.
- Lead initial investigations of workplace accidents, fire alarm activations, near-misses, or facility property damage using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), tracking the execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Oversee environmental safety, hazardous material (B3) storage, chemical handling, and waste management practices within technical engineering areas and tenant operations.
- Compile, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly HSE and fire safety audit reports, emergency drill evaluations, and statutory compliance documentation to Senior Management and Building Owners.

- Hard Skills: High-rise building fire safety management, MCFA & sprinkler system auditing, NFPA standard compliance, emergency response plan design, fire drill evaluation, HIRADC & JSA auditing, SMK3 / ISO 45001 implementation, incident investigation (RCA), and statistical safety reporting.
