Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
Possess a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Safety Expert) certification issued by Kemnaker RI.
Have 1–3 years of experience in HSE, Safety, Environment, or related roles within manufacturing industries.
Experienced in hazard identification, risk assessment, fire prevention, and risk control programs.
Experience in handling Social Compliance Audits will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE programs in compliance with company standards and government regulations.
Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable HSE regulations.
Support fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and environmental management activities.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, then recommend corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and compliance records.
Support internal, external, customer, and social compliance audits.
Conduct HSE induction, awareness campaigns, toolbox meetings, and safety training programs.
Promote a proactive safety culture across all operational areas.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of Indonesian occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Good knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment values and practices.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
