Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a QHSE Officer, HSE Officer, or in a similar position within industrial catering, mining, oil and gas, energy, logistics, facility management, or other high-risk industries.
- Possession of a valid AK3 Umum certification is required. Additional certifications such as ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, HACCP, Food Safety Management System, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Risk Assessment, or Environmental Management certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to work on a roster system and be assigned to remote operational sites in Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management System in accordance with Indonesian regulations and international standards.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, safety patrols, hygiene inspections, environmental monitoring, and compliance audits across catering production, accommodation, warehouses, kitchens, and operational facilities.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, food safety requirements, environmental standards, client specifications, and company QHSE procedures.
- Prepare HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety campaigns to strengthen safety awareness among employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, food safety deviations, and environmental findings, then recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor waste management, wastewater, chemical handling, hazardous materials, sanitation programs, pest control, and environmental compliance activities.
- Coordinate emergency response drills, fire prevention programs, first aid readiness, and business continuity activities.
- Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, inspection reports, training records, audit findings, KPI reports, regulatory reports, and client compliance documentation.
- Support internal and external audits, customer inspections, certification activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by providing coaching, awareness programs, and continuous QHSE improvement throughout all operational sites.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP, sanitation and hygiene standards, as well as environmental compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), incident investigation, emergency response planning, contractor safety management, waste management, food safety, and occupational health programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital HSE reporting systems.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, leadership, problem-solving, reporting, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
