Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing company is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- Certified General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) is preferred.
- Willing to be placed at Kendal Industrial Park (KIK), Central Java.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, environmental regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses.
- Monitor compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work procedures.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, then prepare investigation reports and corrective action recommendations.
- Organize safety induction programs, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and HSE training sessions for employees.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, permits, training records, and regulatory reports.
- Coordinate hazardous waste (B3) management and environmental monitoring activities.
- Monitor emergency preparedness equipment, fire protection systems, and first aid facilities.
- Collaborate with department managers to promote a positive safety culture and achieve the company's Zero Accident objectives.
- Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3).
- Good knowledge of environmental regulations, hazardous waste (B3) management, workplace risk assessment, and occupational health practices.
- Able to conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes and workplace safety standards.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
