Kualifikasi:

Indonesian.

Experienced in EPC, Oil & Gas, or related fields.
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (AK3 Umum, Migas, or equivalent) and TOT (for HSSE).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Design, execute, and continually refine the corporate HSSE training matrix and competency development programs for all workforce levels across EPC and Oil & Gas project sites in compliance with Indonesian K3 laws and ESDM regulations.
Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps, developing specialized instructional modules for high-risk operations including hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, and working at heights.
Lead comprehensive incident investigation training, leading major incident reviews using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques to translate lessons learned into actionable training modules.
Facilitate risk assessment workshops (HIRADC/JSA) for site supervisors and management teams, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are embedded into daily operational workflows.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal and third-party HSSE training programs, maintaining complete training compliance records for regulatory audits and corporate governance.
Serve as the primary advisor on HSSE training compliance, collaborating with project directors, site managers, and client representatives to build a zero-harm safety culture across all active construction sites.

Hard Skills: HSSE training curriculum design, competency gap analysis, advanced risk assessment methodologies, root cause incident investigation, regulatory compliance audit, learning management matrix systems, and safety metrics evaluation.
Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, instructional design expertise, executive stakeholder management, persuasive field leadership, cross-cultural team management, strategic vision, and crisis communication.
