Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer or in a similar role within Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects.
- Professional certifications related to Environmental Management, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, POP, PPLB3, or other environmental certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as required.
- Indonesian nationals only.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management programs in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable environmental regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments, environmental monitoring, compliance inspections, and environmental risk assessments for project activities.
- Ensure proper management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, wastewater, air emissions, noise, and other environmental aspects in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare environmental reports, permits, monitoring documentation, and regulatory submissions to relevant authorities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and other sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate environmental audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.
- Provide environmental awareness training and guidance to employees, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding environmental compliance matters.
- Monitor environmental performance indicators and recommend preventive and corrective actions to minimize environmental impacts.
- Promote environmental sustainability and ensure environmental best practices are integrated into all project activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong technical knowledge of environmental engineering principles, environmental management systems, pollution prevention, waste management, environmental impact assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Good understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, AMDAL, UKL-UPL, Environmental Permits, PROPER, ISO 14001, Environmental Monitoring, Hazardous Waste (B3) Management, and sustainability practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing environmental reports, technical documentation, monitoring data, and compliance records.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
