Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3), Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Indonesian nationals only.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer, HSE Supervisor, Safety Engineer, or similar role in Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, energy, refinery, or heavy industrial projects.
- Possession of a valid AK3 Umum certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, BNSP HSE, NEBOSH, IOSH, H2S, First Aid, Fire Fighting, or ISO Internal Auditor will be considered an advantage.
- Experienced in preparing HSE procedures, technical reports, risk assessments, method statements, inspection plans, and safety documentation.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel or relocate to project sites as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct hazard identification, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and engineering reviews to minimize operational risks.
- Review engineering designs, work methods, and construction activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and best practices.
- Monitor the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), confined space entry, lifting operations, working at height, hot work, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and other critical safety procedures.
- Perform routine HSE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments, while ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, safety statistics, technical documentation, and client reports.
- Coordinate HSE meetings, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, emergency response drills, and workforce safety awareness programs.
- Support internal and external audits related to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and client HSE management systems.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through technical guidance, coaching, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with international HSE standards throughout project execution.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong technical knowledge of HSE engineering principles, risk management, process safety, occupational health and safety, environmental management, and regulatory compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), Emergency Response, Incident Investigation, and Risk Assessment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HSE reporting systems and engineering documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
