Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in the food and beverage, manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certificate (AK3 Umum) or other recognized Occupational Health & Safety certification.
- Experienced in conducting workplace safety inspections, internal audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, accident investigations, and corrective action implementation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, ISO standards, and Indonesian regulations.
- Conduct routine workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor compliance with Occupational Health & Safety procedures, environmental requirements, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Lead Safety Induction programs, Toolbox Meetings, safety campaigns, and HSE awareness initiatives for employees and contractors.
- Conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare HSE reports, inspection findings, audit reports, and regulatory documentation accurately and on time.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, evacuation drills, and Emergency Response Team (ERT) programs.
- Work closely with all departments to promote a strong safety culture and achieve the company's Zero Accident objective.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Good knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be an advantage.
- Able to prepare HSE reports, SOPs, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
