Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 of HSE experience, preferably in the footwear or manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading HSE initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- HSE certifications (AK3 Umum, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Subject: Senior HSE_Name.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in all work areas.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control (HIRADC).
- Perform regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Investigate and report accidents or incidents, including corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct HSE training and safety awareness programs for employees.
- Monitor and manage waste handling, emissions, and other environmental aspects.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports for internal and external purposes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local HSE regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
