Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree from K3/ Enviromental Engineering/ Public Health or related fields.
- Min 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing company.
- Certified in AK3U or other HSE-related certification required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in all work areas.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control (HIRADC).
- Perform regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Investigate and report accidents or incidents, including corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct HSE training and safety awareness programs for employees.
- Monitor and manage waste handling, emissions, and other environmental aspects.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports for internal and external purposes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
- Able to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and reporting.
- Proficient in English.
