Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a Coordinator/Supervisory role, preferably in EPC, Construction, Shipyard, Offshore, or similar industrial environments.
- Experienced in coordinating HSE training, toolbox meetings, emergency preparedness, and safety awareness programs and capable of leading incident/accident investigations and developing appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- CERTIFICATION: Mandatory: AK3 Umum with valid registration in the Teman K3 system. Preferred: SMK3 Auditor and Fire Fighting Class D/C.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the overall implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems across all EPCMI project phases, manufacturing yards, and installation sites.
- Lead and execute hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measure evaluations (HIRADC/JSA) for high-risk activities including heavy fabrication, lifting, structural erection, and commissioning.
- Conduct and coordinate routine field safety inspections, audits, and safety observation rounds to verify compliance with national K3 laws and corporate safety standards.
- Organize, coordinate, and deliver site safety inductions, toolbox meetings, HSE awareness training, and emergency response exercises for employees, contractors, and client personnel.
- Manage the end-to-end Permit to Work (PTW) system, verifying that all high-risk operations (such as hot work, confined space, electrical work, and working at heights) possess approved control measures.
- Lead immediate incident and accident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, formulate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans, and ensure timely closure of all findings.
- Compile, analyze, and report comprehensive HSE performance statistics, safe man-hours, inspection metrics, and regulatory compliance reports to the HSE Manager and Project Management team.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk management, applicable HSE regulations, and company standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Strong ability to lead and coordinate HSE activities, including implementation and monitoring of HSE programs such as HIRADC, JSA, inspections, audits, and safety observations.
- Strong ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure effective implementation of control measures.
