Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (D3/S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or similar position in oil & gas, drilling, upstream operations, EPC, or energy projects.
- Proven experience in onshore drilling operations is mandatory.
- Possess valid HSE certifications relevant to the position.
- Experience in conducting safety inspections, audits, and workplace monitoring.
- Willing to work and be based at the project site in Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment programs across all drilling and support activities.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, audits, and safety observations to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Identify workplace hazards and perform risk assessments for operational activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis, and other safety management systems.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with safe work procedures.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs for project personnel.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
- Support emergency preparedness programs, drills, and emergency response activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian oil & gas regulations, company HSE policies, and industry best practices.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, rig safety requirements, and operational risk management.
- Knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations applicable to oil & gas operations.
- Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRADC, Risk Assessment, and Incident Investigation processes.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to HSE standards and safe working practices.
- Possess good teamwork, discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
