Process Safety Management (PSM) Training.
NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent HSE certification.
API Recommended Practice and Risk-Based Inspection Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Provide Process Safety Engineering support throughout the project lifecycle: Concept selection, FEED, Detailed design, Asset operational support.
Lead and facilitate: HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and other risk assessment workshops, Identify, assess, and mitigate Major Accident Hazards (MAH).
Ensure compliance with: International codes and standards, Client-specific engineering and safety requirements.
Develop and review: Process Safety documentation, Safety cases and risk registers, Support Management of Change (MoC) processes for operating assets.
Participate in: Design reviews, Audits and technical assurance activities.
Provide process safety input to: Equipment specifications, Operating philosophies and procedures.
Promote strong process safety culture across engineering and asset support teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in process safety methodologies and tools.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Leadership and execution of Process Safety studies, including: HAZID, HAZOP, SIL / LOPA, Bowtie Analysis.
Strong understanding of: Major Accident Hazard (MAH) identification, Loss of Containment (LOC) prevention, Fire, explosion, and toxic release risk assessment.
Development and review of: Process Safety Basis and Safety Philosophy, Safeguarding and control strategies.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Effective communication with: Process, mechanical, instrumentation, and operations engineers, Clients and asset owners.
Ability to challenge unsafe design assumptions constructively.
