Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Engineering, or another related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, including at least 3 years in scaffolding inspection and supervision within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Heavy Construction, or Industrial Projects.
- Training and Certifications: Valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification is mandatory. Valid Scaffolding Inspector certification is mandatory. Additional certifications in Working at Height, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Incident Investigation, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Confined Space Entry, Lifting and Rigging, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to work at the EPC project site in the Riau Islands.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all scaffolding inspection activities to ensure compliance with Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, company procedures, client requirements, and project specifications.
- Inspect scaffolding structures before use, during operation, and after modifications to verify structural integrity and safe working conditions.
- Ensure all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities are performed by competent personnel and comply with approved procedures.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work requirements, working at height procedures, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, scaffolding audits, hazard identification, HIRADC reviews, and risk assessments.
- Issue or verify scaffolding inspection tags and maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
- Investigate scaffolding-related incidents, unsafe conditions, and near misses, identify root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and work-at-height awareness training for employees and contractors.
- Support internal audits, client inspections, and regulatory compliance activities related to scaffolding safety.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by ensuring continuous monitoring, coaching, and compliance with scaffolding safety requirements throughout the project.

- Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of scaffolding design principles, inspection procedures, erection and dismantling requirements, scaffold tagging systems, and load capacity verification. Comprehensive understanding of SMK3, ISO 45001, HIRADC, JSA, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work, and work-at-height safety requirements. Capable of conducting scaffolding inspections, compliance audits, safety patrols, hazard identification, and incident investigations. Experienced in reviewing scaffolding inspection records, inspection checklists, and corrective action tracking. Proficient in preparing HSE reports, scaffolding inspection documentation, KPI monitoring, and regulatory compliance records.
