Kualifikasi:

Male, Maximum 40 years old.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipyard environment.
Experienced in the implementation of HSE systems and safety standards within the shipbuilding industry.
Hold HSE certification (BNSP or equivalent).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Coordinate and monitor project activities.
Regularly monitor the development of HSE planning and its management.
Conduct investigations into potential sources of danger and can conduct examinations into the causes of incidents.
Prepare and assist in completing work accident incident reports.
Perform document control in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Implement and manage the methods taken in occupational safety.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Ability to provide technical support in relation to the Safety Department, including monitoring of project activities, identity, and asset management according to established procedures to ensure safety.
Specializing in ship repair and new building projects.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, firm, and highly concerned about safety.
