Kualifikasi:
- Hold a valid Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch Certificate (ANT III or ANT IV).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Mualim III (3rd Officer) in the shipping or marine logistics industries.
- Having sailing experience on vessels with a minimum capacity of 5,000 GT (Gross Tonnage) will be considered an advantage.
- Physically and medically fit for sea duty, holding a valid seafarer medical certificate.
- Willing to work on a rotation schedule and assigned working area as required by the company.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily QHSE inspections and safety audits onboard transhipment vessels, floating cranes, and offshore stevedoring operational zones.
- Enforce strict compliance with ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and national maritime K3 regulations across all offshore operations.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk offshore coal loading, unloading, and towing activities.
- Investigate maritime incidents, near-misses, and operational non-conformities, perform root cause analyses (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the inspection, testing, and maintenance of bridge navigation instruments, lifesaving appliances (LSA), and firefighting equipment (FFE).
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox meetings, pollution prevention briefings, and emergency response drills for vessel crew and stevedoring teams.
- Prepare comprehensive QHSE reports, maintain maritime safety documentation, and support internal and external marine audit processes.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, assertive communication, high safety awareness, team coordination, crisis management, and adaptability to offshore living conditions.
- Hard Skills: Familiar with navigation equipment such as Radar, ECDIS, GPS, AIS, and other bridge instruments, Strong knowledge of safety equipment maintenance, lifesaving appliances, and marine pollution prevention, ISM/ISPS Code compliance, offshore stevedoring safety, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), bridge navigation instrument auditing, LSA/FFE maintenance verification, and marine incident reporting.
