Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in an HSSE role specifically within the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) refinery industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique safety and environmental challenges in palm oil processing and chemical manufacturing.
Hold valid certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), such as the General K3 Certificate (Sertifikat K3 Umum) issued by the Ministry of Manpower, and preferably specialized certifications related to chemical safety, process safety management, or hazardous materials handling.
Be willing to be placed at our facility in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatra, and adapt to the operational requirements of a chemical processing plant.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Supervise and ensure that supervision related to Permit To Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) has been implemented correctly across all operational areas, ensuring full compliance with established safety procedures.
Ensure that every new worker has received comprehensive safety induction from the HSSE department before commencing any work activities at the facility.
Take full responsibility for work safety across all operational units and oversee the proper implementation of the B3 (Hazardous Waste) management mechanism, including waste minimization, storage, and disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.
Actively contribute to the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and Environmental quality management systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure, check, and carry out monthly inspections regarding the eligibility and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and other emergency response tools.
Organize and lead emergency simulations on a monthly basis to ensure that all personnel are prepared to anticipate and respond effectively to actual emergency situations.
Evaluate the possibility or chance of accidents occurring across all operational units, and coordinate work permits that have been implemented for each job unit, with particular attention to contractor activities.
Solve problems, investigate incidents and accidents, conduct audits, and provide actionable input on unsafe matters to prevent recurrence and improve overall safety performance.
Review and maintain all documents related to Environmental K3, ensuring that all records, procedures, and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for audits and inspections.
Create and ensure the implementation of a B3 waste minimization program so that hazardous waste can be accommodated and managed properly, in compliance with environmental regulations.
Make routine reports, including daily and monthly reports, to Top Management, providing clear and accurate information on HSSE performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
Develop and provide training on HSSE topics to all employees, enhancing awareness and competency in safety, health, and environmental protection.
Develop and maintain ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certifications or related standards, ensuring full compliance with all requirements.
