Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Resources, Education, or another related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, including at least 2 years in HSE training, competency development, or HSE coordination within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Construction, or other high-risk industries.
- Experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Training and Certifications: Valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification is required. Training certifications in ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Training of Trainer (TOT), Incident Investigation, HIRADC, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Emergency Response, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) are highly preferred. NEBOSH, IOSH, or other internationally recognized HSE certifications will be an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned to the EPC Project in the Riau Islands.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project's HSE training strategy in accordance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
- Coordinate mandatory HSE training, safety induction, orientation programs, toolbox meetings, refresher training, and competency assessments for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Identify training needs through competency gap analysis and prepare annual HSE training plans and schedules.
- Maintain training records, competency databases, attendance reports, certification status, and compliance documentation.
- Deliver or facilitate HSE training sessions, workshops, emergency drills, behavioral safety programs, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with project management, HSE personnel, department heads, and external training providers to ensure timely delivery of HSE competency programs.
- Support internal audits, external audits, client inspections, and regulatory compliance related to HSE training and competency management.
- Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging active participation, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development across the project.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Strong understanding of SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Indonesian HSE regulations. Competent in developing training matrices, competency assessments, annual training plans, and learning management records. Experienced in conducting safety induction, toolbox meetings, HSE awareness campaigns, emergency response training, and behavioral safety programs. Knowledgeable in HIRADC, JSA, Permit to Work systems, incident investigation, and risk management. Proficient in preparing training reports, competency evaluations, KPI monitoring, and HSE documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. Analytical thinking with effective problem-solving skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Able to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams. Committed to fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous learning environment.
