Kualifikasi:
- 📍Placement: Karawang, West Java. 📋Employment Type: Project-Based - 3 months.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within the construction industry.
- Mandatory AK3U certification.
- Additional HSE certification such as First Aid (P3K), Working at Height (TKBT), Fire Fighting, or other relevant certification are highly preferred.
- Candidates domiciled in Cikarang or Karawang are highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate, implement, and monitor site-wide HSE management plans in accordance with national construction K3 regulations, SMK3, and project standards.
- Lead daily field safety inspections, high-risk work monitoring, hazard identifications, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews.
- Manage incident and near-miss reporting processes, lead root cause analyses (RCA), and ensure implementation of preventive action plans.
- Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency response drills, and specialized site training for multi-national workforces and subcontractors.
- Supervise working-at-height activities, heavy lifting procedures, hot works, and structural engineering safety compliance across all construction zones.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for site management, main contractors, and client representatives.
- Maintain strong alignment with local labor and environmental authorities to ensure full statutory regulatory compliance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Construction safety management, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Good command of English, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), heavy equipment & lifting safety, working-at-height safety oversight, HSE auditing, and technical reporting.
- Soft Skills: Cross-cultural communication, proactive coordination, assertive leadership, conflict resolution, analytical problem-solving, and time management.
