Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Heavy Construction, or Industrial Projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3U) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
- Additional certifications such as ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Scaffolding Inspector, Confined Space, Working at Height, or other relevant HSE certifications will be an advantage.
- Experienced in supervising high-risk construction activities, including lifting operations, hot work, excavation, scaffolding, electrical work, confined space entry, and working at height.
- Willing to work on a rotational basis and be assigned to the EPC Project in the Riau Islands.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and international best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations across all project activities.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and verify that all high-risk activities are performed safely.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety observations to prevent incidents and unsafe conditions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare comprehensive investigation reports, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, fire prevention programs, evacuation drills, and emergency response exercises.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce compliance with company safety requirements.
- Support internal and external HSE audits, client inspections, regulatory inspections, and certification activities.
- Review subcontractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, statistics, KPI monitoring, and project safety performance analysis.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuously encourage behavioral safety practices to achieve zero accidents throughout the project.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRADC, Risk Assessment, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Emergency Response, and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
- Able to conduct safety inspections, HSE audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action monitoring, and HSE performance reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HSE reporting documentation.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
