Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3), Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia will be an advantage.
- Construction Safety Officer (K3 Construction) Certification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position on building construction projects.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a construction site environment.
- Preferably domiciled in Nongsa, Batam.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs throughout the construction project.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, company policies, client requirements, and project HSE standards.
- Support the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Monitor compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working procedures.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and HSE awareness programs for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents, then prepare investigation reports and corrective action plans.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including working at height, lifting operations, excavation, hot work, and confined space entry.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, permits, and statutory reports.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, and evacuation exercises.
- Promote a positive safety culture and support the achievement of the company's Zero Accident objectives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3).
- Familiar with construction safety standards, work permit systems, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
