Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in HSE or Environmental engineering roles, preferably within construction projects, data centers, or industrial manufacturing facilities.
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) or Ahli K3 Lingkungan Kerja from Kemnaker RI is preferred.
- Willing to work full-time on a fast-paced construction project site in Cikarang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, implement, and monitor daily environmental management policies and practices at the Data Center construction site in accordance with Indonesian regulations, CSCEC standards, and ISO 14001 criteria.
- Manage hazardous and toxic waste (Limbah B3) storage, labeling, logging, manifests, and licensed third-party transport procedures in full compliance with KLHK requirements.
- Conduct regular site environmental inspections covering erosion control, soil contamination, storm water drainage, dust suppression, noise levels, and construction waste segregation.
- Monitor and execute the site's UKL-UPL / AMDAL environmental management and monitoring plans, maintaining accurate records for regulatory submittals to local environmental agencies.
- Lead environmental aspect-impact assessments, evaluate potential environmental risks for high-impact construction activities, and establish effective mitigation controls.
- Conduct environmental awareness training, toolbox talks, and site inductions for sub-contractors, site technicians, and engineers regarding waste management and spill prevention.
- Investigate any environmental non-conformances, chemical spills, or pollution incidents on site, determine root causes, and execute immediate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive monthly environmental performance reports, sustainability metrics, and compliance dossiers to the HSE Manager and Client Representatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Construction environmental management, hazardous waste (B3) storage and disposal compliance, wastewater monitoring, air quality & noise testing, UKL-UPL matrix execution, ISO 14001 auditing, environmental risk assessment (ASPECT-IMPACT), and environmental compliance reporting.
- Soft Skills: Technical problem-solving, assertive field communication, meticulous attention to detail, proactive coordination, team collaboration, high integrity, and adaptability to site environments.
