Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Safety, Quality, QA/QC, QHSE, or related roles.
- Experience in ICT, Data Center, Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy industries is preferred.
- Possess a valid HSE Certification. AK3 Umum certification will be an advantage.
- Experienced in conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Monitor product, process, and service quality performance.
- Assist in customer complaint investigations and resolution.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and their implementation.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations, quality management systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
