Kualifikasi:
- Environment Officer (EPF) – 2 Positions.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Forestry, Geology, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Environmental Management, HSE, HSSE, or Environmental Compliance within Oil & Gas, EPF, EPC/EPCI, Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, Offshore, Onshore, Construction, Shipyard, Heavy Fabrication, or other high-risk industries.
- Proven experience as an Environment Officer, Environmental Engineer, Environmental Specialist, Environmental Coordinator, HSE Officer with environmental responsibilities, or a similar role on major Oil & Gas EPF or EPC projects.
- Possess relevant environmental certifications, including ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor. General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum), Occupational Safety and Health for Oil and Gas (K3 Migas), ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor, AMDAL Certification, Environmental Impact Assessment Training, Hazardous Waste (B3 Waste) Management, Environmental Monitoring, Environmental Audit, and Incident Investigation certifications will be highly preferred.
- Experience in implementing Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015) and supporting sustainability initiatives.
- Experience using environmental reporting systems, HSE digital platforms, GIS applications, or environmental data management systems will be an advantage.
- Willing to work on a project site in Papua under a project-based assignment.
- Strong commitment to environmental protection, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor environmental management programs throughout all phases of the Oil & Gas EPF project in compliance with Indonesian environmental regulations, client requirements, company policies, and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation, environmental permits, Ministry of Environment regulations, Oil & Gas environmental requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct routine environmental inspections, environmental compliance assessments, and environmental monitoring activities across fabrication yards, construction areas, module assembly locations, and supporting facilities.
- Monitor hazardous waste (B3), non-hazardous waste, wastewater, air emissions, noise, dust, and other environmental aspects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate environmental monitoring programs, environmental sampling activities, laboratory testing, environmental reporting, and corrective action implementation.
- Develop and review environmental management plans, environmental risk assessments, environmental procedures, and mitigation measures for project activities.
- Investigate environmental incidents, spills, pollution events, non-compliance findings, and environmental complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support environmental emergency preparedness programs, spill response exercises, and environmental awareness campaigns.
- Prepare environmental reports, environmental performance dashboards, regulatory submissions, client reports, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Quality, HSE teams, Contractors, Client representatives, environmental consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure effective environmental management throughout the project.
- Promote environmental awareness, sustainability initiatives, pollution prevention, waste reduction, resource efficiency, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong experience in environmental management for fabrication yards, construction sites, module assembly, mechanical completion, and commissioning activities.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, Ministry of Environment requirements, Ministry of Manpower regulations, Oil & Gas regulations, client environmental specifications, and international environmental standards.
- Good knowledge of environmental permitting, environmental impact mitigation, erosion and sediment control, waste management, hazardous waste (B3) handling, spill prevention, wastewater management, air emission control, noise monitoring, dust suppression, biodiversity protection, and environmental restoration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
