Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, Healty or related field.
Proven experience in HSE Engineer/Officer, preferably in projects & construction Data Center.
Certified in Electrical, General and Construction HSE (preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Integration in Engineering & IT Projects: Integrate HSE requirements into IT engineering designs and project execution plans. Ensure safe implementation of digital transformation and telecom infrastructure projects. Review engineering drawings, method statements, and project documentation from an HSE perspective.
Risk Assessment & Control: Conduct HIRADC/JSA for IT installations, network deployments, and field operations. Identify electrical, ergonomic, fire, and cyber-physical risks. Recommend engineering and administrative controls to mitigate risks.
Site & Field Safety Oversight: Monitor HSE compliance during on-site activities such as telecom installations, data center construction or upgrades, server and network equipment deployment. Ensure contractors comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Incident Management & Emergency Response: Support investigation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Develop and support emergency response procedures for IT facilities and telecom sites. Participate in emergency drills and preparedness programs.
Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and client safety requirements. Support internal and external audits (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001). Maintain HSE records and documentation.
Training & Safety Awareness: Provide HSE induction and safety training for engineers, IT staff, and contractors. Promote safety awareness related to electrical hazards, working at height, and data center operations. Support the development of a proactive safety culture within technical teams.
Environmental & Ergonomic Management: Monitor environmental aspects such as energy usage, e-waste management, and data center sustainability. Support ergonomic assessments for office-based and technical staff. Promote environmentally responsible practices aligned with digital sustainability goals.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Proactive in risk identification, mitigation, and preventive actions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
