Kualifikasi:
  • Relevant job experience is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be open to working under the local hire system (accommodation not provided).
  • Candidates from Balikpapan or Kalimantan area are preferred.
  • Preferred to have: Environmental Pollution Control Officer Certificate (PPPK), B3 Waste Certification (KLHK), Certificate related to ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), General K3 Expert (added value)
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conducting periodic monitoring of wastewater, air, noise, vibration, soil, and oil/chemical spills.
  • Prepare periodic environmental monitoring reports for Pertamina's internal and external (KLHK, DLH, PROPER).
  • Ensure the process of segregation, storage, transportation, and disposal of B3 & domestic waste according to procedures.
  • Review the suitability of project implementation with the AMDAL/UKL-UPL and applicable environmental permits.
  • Verify the contractor's environmental documents (IPLC, manifest, TPS permit, etc.).
  • Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations if there is potential contamination or non-conformity.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills: Able to identify and monitor parameters of air, water, and soil pollutants; Understand methods of managing and processing B3 and non-B3 waste; Able to operate environmental monitoring equipment (gas detector, water sampler, etc.); Able to prepare quarterly environmental reports (reporting to PROPER, SIMPEL, and stakeholders).
  • Soft Skills: Careful, thorough, and able to create valid formal documentation for audits; Proactive in coordinating with internal parties (contractors, QA/QC, HSE), and external parties (KLHK, DLH, auditors).
