Kualifikasi:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Have proven professional experience in HSE management within FMCG, Food, or Beverage Manufacturing industries.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is required. Certified Hazardous Waste Manager (PLB3) or Wastewater/Air Pollution Control certification (PPPA/PPPU) is highly advantageous. ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification is a strong advantage.
- Have strong experience in their respective areas and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and oversee daily Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (SMK3 PP No. 50/2012), environmental laws, and international client standards.
- Conduct comprehensive workplace hazard identifications, risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA), and machine safety evaluations across high-speed packaging lines, processing equipment, utilities, and warehousing units.
- Manage and monitor environmental compliance frameworks, including industrial wastewater treatment (WWTP/IPAL), air emission monitoring, and hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste management systems.
- Lead workplace incident and near-miss investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology, implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive Safety Inductions, daily Tool-Box Talks, Emergency Response Team (ERT) drills, and machine safety training programs for factory personnel and contractors.
- Drive internal audit programs for ISO 45001 (OH&S) and ISO 14001 (EMS), ensuring continuous inspection readiness for external client audits and governmental regulatory reviews.
- Oversee the selection, inventory, and strict usage compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tailored to food manufacturing cleanliness and industrial safety standards.
- Compile, analyze, and present weekly and monthly HSE performance metrics, statutory compliance reports, and sustainability data to corporate management and external authorities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: FMCG & Food/Beverage plant HSE execution, machine safety & HIRADC/JSA preparation, environmental management (B3 waste & WWTP tracking), ISO 45001/14001 auditing, incident investigation (RCA), emergency response management, and statutory HSE data reporting.
- Soft Skills: Fluent English technical communication, fast-paced adaptabilities, cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical problem-solving, high observational accuracy, field leadership, and operational firmness.
