Kualifikasi:
- Domiciled in Jawa Timur.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE Field/HSE Officer.
- Experience in construction, industrial, smelter, mining, or oil & gas projects is preferred.
- HSE certifications (AK3 General/BNSP) will be an advantage.
- Location: East Java, Indonesia.
- Subject: HSE Field – Full Name – Domicile.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs and procedures at project sites.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
- Perform regular safety inspections and monitor compliance with company HSE standards.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out under approved Permit to Work procedures.
- Conduct safety induction sessions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness campaigns.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment by employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and ensure emergency response equipment is available and functional.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3).
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of HSE implementation, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and safety inspections.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing HSE reports and documentation.
- Familiar with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and their implementation in project environments.
