Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety assessments across operational facilities.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Safety Management Systems.
Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety reviews for operational and project activities.
Lead and participate in incident investigations and corrective action follow-up.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and adherence to safe work practices.
Provide safety guidance, coaching, and support to operational teams and contractors.
Prepare safety reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
